Refund Policy 

Advance payment

• If a customer makes a card payment and has to return the money for any reason, the customer will get a full refund
• 1. Customers can claim a refund only after 10 days of order placement and in case of non-delivery of the order.
• 2. Orders already shipped from the warehouse or seller after 10 days of transaction are considered undelivered and customers can wait for the parcel or claim for refund.
• 3. Refund claims will be processed within 24 hours from the time of claim
• 4. After initiating payment from Inngobd.com, it may take up to 7-10 days.
• 5. Customer`s refund amount will be the same for the order.
• 6. The refund will be sent through the same channel that the customer used to pay for the order. Payment requests through different channels will not be accepted.
• Refund of partial payment:
• 1. After payment is initiated from Live BD Shopping, it may take up to 7-10 days.
• 2. Customer`s refund amount will be the same for the order.
•  Cashback Offer:
• 1. Cashback will be effective at the time of payment
• 2. Cashback based on MFS or card payment will be credited to MFS/Card account as per MFS policy.
•  Refunds in case of failure of full payment:
• 1. Suppose the customer fails to pay the balance after 7 days of confirming the order. In that case, the order will be canceled and a partial refund will be initiated.
